By accessing or using Sythe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sythe, consistent with Instagram's minimum age requirement.
Sythe is an automated lead qualification platform for fitness coaches. When a potential client sends a direct message to a coach's connected Instagram Business account, or comments a trigger keyword on a coach's post, Sythe facilitates an automated conversation to understand the prospect's fitness goals, experience, and readiness. Qualified leads are displayed on a private dashboard accessible only to the connected coach.
Conversations initiated through Sythe are powered by artificial intelligence. Responses are generated automatically by an AI system, not by a human. While the AI is designed to be helpful and conversational, it is not a real person. By engaging in a conversation with a Sythe-connected Instagram account, you acknowledge that you may be interacting with an automated system.
Sythe collects message content, Instagram profile information, and any contact or personal details you voluntarily share during conversation (such as email, phone number, fitness goals, and budget). This data is used solely to qualify you as a potential coaching client and to populate the coach's lead dashboard. For full details, see our Privacy Policy at sythe.site/privacy.
Sythe integrates with Meta's Instagram Platform APIs to send and receive messages, and with Anthropic's Claude AI to generate conversational responses. Your use of Sythe is also subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms. Sythe is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta or Instagram.
Sythe, its branding, logo, and software are the property of the service operator. Messages and content you send remain your property, but you grant Sythe a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and analyze your messages for the purpose of providing the lead qualification service.
Sythe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, message delivery, AI response accuracy, or any particular fitness or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sythe and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Coaches may disconnect their Instagram account from Sythe at any time through the settings page. Users interacting with a Sythe-connected account may stop the conversation at any time by ceasing to send messages. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Sythe for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
You may request deletion of all data Sythe holds about you at any time by contacting privacy@sythe.site. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Coaches may also delete individual leads from their dashboard. Upon account disconnection or deletion, all associated conversation data and lead records will be removed.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of Sythe after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
